How Our Credit Repair Services Work
Our credit repair services dispute inaccurate and unverifiable information on your credit. Any accounts that you believe may be inaccurate are investigated using consumer protection laws. We use these laws to ensure the bureaus and creditors are reporting the items 100% accurately. Initial Investigation
After your initial audit has been completed, we create custom dispute letters to deliver to the credit bureaus to start the investigation process. This usually takes up to 3 to 5 days from the date you enroll.
Escalated Investigations
The next step after the first round of disputes is escalate the disputes with any accounts that have not been verified or corrected. At this point we dispute with the credit bureaus and your creditors to escalate the process. These rounds of disputes may need to be repeated with more leverage and escalation with each round.
Initial Investigation Response
Once your disputes have been delivered the credit bureaus have 30 to 45 days to respond. Once you receive the results, we log your progress and review the accounts and responses to make sure they are accurate and verifiable.
Resolutions
If an account can provide documentation that it is accurate and verifiable, we accept the account of dispute and it may remain on your credit for up to 7 to 10 years. If an account still reports inaccurately but cannot provide proof that it is accurate we can help you take actions against the violations whether it is with an attorney or filing complaints with the CFPB.
Our attorney will review the facts surrounding the initial stop, look for errors and omissions on the ticket, and examine the speed measurement device used by the officer for improper maintenance or calibration.
